Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband and I loved this recipe! My husband and I loved this recipe! My husband hardly eats vegetables so I was surprised over who got the most Broccoli. My 2 yr son ate 2 servings. I had to substitue the Tortellini for the Garlic and cheese. We are stationed overseas so we do not have that much of a variety. I will definitely make this meal again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful! Wonderful! Adding the broccoli near the end meant it was still crunchy and had that beautiful deep green color. This looked fabulous at the table. We substituted the Three-cheese stuffed instead of mushroom. DD already likes that variety so I knew she'd eat it.

I love cooking Itallian dishes, especially for my Itallian Grandmother.I cooked this along with an appetizer of stuffed mushroom soup, a family heirloom practically. The alfredo complemented the soup perfectly.
