Chicken Parmesan

Topped with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella, this classic version of Chicken Parmesan never fails to please.

What You Need

cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
cup  seasoned dry bread crumbs
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
Tbsp.  butter or margarine, melted
cup  spaghetti sauce
cups  POLLY-O All Natural Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX Parmesan and bread crumbs in pie plate or shallow dish. Dip chicken in butter, then in Parmesan mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.

PLACE in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Top with sauce and mozzarella; bake 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
