  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Place bread in small bowl; drizzle with milk. Let stand 2 min. Mix with chicken, Parmesan, garlic, egg and 1/4 cup parsley in separate bowl just until blended. Shape into 12 meatballs.
  • Cut mozzarella into 12 small pieces. Insert 1 piece into center of each meatball, pressing chicken mixture around mozzarella to completely enclose mozzarella.
  • Place meatballs on large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 to 22 min. or until done (165ºF). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt. About 5 min. before spaghetti is done, heat pasta sauce in large saucepan as directed on label.
  • Drain spaghetti; place on platter. Stir meatballs into sauce; spoon over spaghetti. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.

Substitute

Prepare using lean ground turkey.

Simply insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat or poultry, avoiding any bones if present. For whole poultry, insert the thermometer into the thickest part of one of the thighs, again taking care to avoid any bones.

Special Extra

For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil using this easy method.  Turn pan upside down and fit a piece of foil over top of pan, smoothing corners as needed.  Remove foil.  When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.
