  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and peppers; cover and cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until cooked through (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add water and contents of Pasta and Seasoning pouches to skillet; stir. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 min. or until pasta is tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms.
  • Top with chicken and mozzarella cheese; cook, covered, 3 to 5 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with the Parmesan Cheese.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese.
