Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was very good. This was very good. I doubled it, hoping it would be a success and have two growing teenage boys who are fussy but only used one can of tomatoes, it was great or as my youngest will say "it was decent". My oldest was completely skeptical, he had seconds! Hubby loved it! Had a little left over for me to bring for lunch a couple days. Double bonus!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Came out great with a few changes. Came out great with a few changes. Cooked tomatoes, paste, water and dressing until the taste and consistency I liked (added sugar as some suggested. Added chicken, pasta and more grated cheese than the recipe called for. Made the night before as a lunch dish for coworkers. I believe this is one of those dishes that improves as it sits together.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've made this recipe 3 times already. I've made this recipe 3 times already. I love it. The only thing that I do differently is instead of using the Sun-dried Tomato dressing I use the Roasted Red Pepper Italian dressing. The first tiem I made it I couldn't find te Sun-dried Tomato dressing and did a substitute. If you think that it's to acidic this little change may help.

I added about a cup of diced zucchini and simmered it with the tomatoes, and just before serving added two cups of fresh spinach leaves and cooked them until slightly wilted. Tasted great! My husband is quite picky when it comes to veggies. Planning on making it again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was a very easy to make. It was a very easy to make. My husband loved it. When I want to make chicken parmesan, and don't want to turn on the oven, this is very good subsitute. If you think it is a bit 'bitter', add a little bit of sugar. Other than that I loved it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe many times and it is PERFECT. I have made this recipe many times and it is PERFECT. I tend to add a little more spice - maybe some cayan pepper or something, but iti s deliciious. I sometimes make it without the chicken in it as a side to a chicken dish. Delicious!
