What You Need

small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.), each cut lengthwise into 2 or 3 strips
1/4
tsp.  each: salt and freshly ground black pepper
2-2/3
cups  hot cooked brown rice
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1
large  tomato, chopped
1/3
cup  sliced green onions
1
Tbsp.  balsamic vinegar

Make It

COOK chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until cooked through. Season with the salt and pepper.

MIX remaining ingredients; spoon onto serving plate.

TOP with the chicken.

Variation
Do not cut the chicken into strips. Prepare as directed, cooking the chicken 5 to 7 min. on each side or until cooked through.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, substituting 1 large chopped red pepper for the tomato.
