  • Cook and stir vegetables in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Add chicken and linguine; cook an additional 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the cheese.

Variation

Substitute 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (8 oz.), cut into strips, for the grilled chicken breast strips. Cook and stir chicken in hot oil 2 to 3 min. or until no longer pink on the outside. Add vegetables; continue cooking 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is cooked through. Add linguine; continue as directed.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips.

Serving Suggestion

Try serving with crusty French bread and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

I always try a new recipe "as is" the first time I make it to see if I need to add or subtract ingredients to better suit our tastes. As is, I found this recipe a little on the bland side. I think I would like to try the recipe again, but would have to add something extra to give it more flavor. On a more positive note, my husband really liked all of the vegetables, and he's not usually a big vegetable lover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i thought this was great! i thought this was great!! i did ad garlic, basil oregeno, added white wine after i sauted the chicken and fresh vegatable. this recipe is so light crisp a must for everyone to try, just add some of your favorite seasonings and vegetables, serve over wholewheat pasta and youve made yourself a great healthy meal!!!!!!
