    Salads are difficult to mess up but I really liked the combination of the pear, spinach, chicken and poppyseed dressing. Who woulda thought it?

    We used leftover Perfect BBQ chicken from another night. Nice subtle flavors. Even my sons liked it, but they used ranch dressing because they found the poppyseed dressing too sweet. Great for a HOT evening!
