Chicken-Pepper Mac & Cheese with Bacon

Bite-size pieces of chicken and peppers give this mac and cheese a hearty appeal—and crumbled bacon and extra cheese on top make it extra tasty!

What You Need

pkg.  (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Four Cheese Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1
lb.  cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1
cup  milk
1
 red pepper, chopped
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4
slices  cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

PREPARE Dinner as directed on package. Stir in chicken, milk and peppers.

SPOON into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with cheese and bacon.

BAKE 15 min.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute
Substitute 1 lb. cooked boneless pork chops, cut into bite-size pieces, for the chicken.
Variation Beef and Cheddar Mac
Substitute 1 lb. browned lean ground beef for the chicken and KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the mozzarella cheese.
