  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Prepare Potatoes as directed on package for oven baking; stir in broccoli. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with chicken.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
  • Transfer chicken to plate; cover to keep warm. Stir Cheese Sauce into potato mixture. Serve with chicken.


If bone-in skinless chicken thighs are not available, just use regular bone-in chicken thighs and remove the skin yourself. The skin removes easily when pulled using a paper towel for grip.

Simply insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat or poultry, avoiding any bones if present. For whole poultry, insert the thermometer into the thickest part of one of the thighs, again taking care to avoid any bones.
