Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We really enjoyed this recipe. We really enjoyed this recipe. I did add onions and green peppers....and left out the chili powder, but loved the tang of the salsa mixed with the Miracle Whip. I used Fat Free Miracle whip and don't think it made any difference in the finished product. We will make this a regular item on our menus. Another Winner from Kraft!! I have compiled my own binder with recipes that I have printed from this site. I use plastic sleeves to protect the sheets and make notes of any additions that I might have made when I prepare the dish. I also make a note of our rating of the prepared recipe and put that on the sheet as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely a crowd pleaser at my house! Definitely a crowd pleaser at my house! I love it just the way it is, but I also like it revved up with black beans, corn, and cilantro in the mix, as well! Super easy, quick, and not expensive!

A new family favorite on the weekly menu rotation - VERY easy and quick, and so much better than the ones in restaurant! Use pre-cooked chicken breast and Kraft 2% milk shredded cheddar - sauteed some mushrooms and onions to put in the adults' portions. My 10-year old LOVED them and so did me and my husband. The miracle whip was just the right ingredient, made it snazzy. Try it you'll love it! Recipe is very easy to customize with your favorite fillings!

I used a package of pre-cooked chicken strips to make it even easier. The salsa & miracle whip combination was good. My family prefers regular mayo, and although you couldn't really taste the miracle whip itself, I think it will be even better with regular mayo next time. Will definitely make again soon!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this tonight for dinner and EVERYONE liked it! Made this tonight for dinner and EVERYONE liked it! This does not happen often. Husband, myself, very picky 5 year old and 2 year old twins----- No leftovers. Kids did only have chicken and cheese in theirs; but dipped in salsa/miracle whip combo. Served with sour cream and guacamole on the side. Also refried beans. This is a "keeper" to quote my boys!!

I thought the ingredients were good, but I would definitly use Kraft no fat cheese to make it a healthier dinner. I felt it was too high in fat and saturated fat to make it healthy. I wish you would put more receipes that are low in fat for most of us that need to watch the intake and still enjoy a delicious dinner. Thanks

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What a yummy quick supper. What a yummy quick supper. I used the same ingredients but less of them. I just mixed the salsa and mayo to make enough for two quesadillas. I added cilantro and scallions and some hot taco sauce before putting them together to cook. A side of refried beans and yellow rice! YUMMY!
