My husband & I really liked this recipe! I purchased chicken tenders instead of breasts so I decided to not 'roll' the chicken. Instead added shredded cheese on top of the breading for the last 2 min in the oven. I would recommend Italian cheese vs cheddar. The rice is delicious! This meal is time consuming - but I would still make it again :)
Cook the rice first! But other than that the recipe is awesome!!!!!
