Suggestions to improve up on this recipe: lay a large leaf of Romaine lettuce on the tortilla before you add the filling. Also, use a caesar dressing instead of the mayo, and add some chopped yellow or orange pepper (and maybe a couple other vegies) to the filling. Nice taste and texture with the caesar, etc.
