This was amazing!!! I added some jalapenos to give a little kick and it was super good. Hubby and kids loved it.

This was surprisingly very good. We used smoked mozzarella and garlic chicken sausages, a red, yellow, and green pepper, some hot house tomatoes and the grated Parmesan and Romano cheese blend. It was fantastic on its own and would probably be even better with some pesto or basil. A great summertime dinner or potluck meal.

I did omit the tomatoes and also took railmom25's advice and added alfredo sauce to it before I added the parmesan cheese and it turned out amazing!
