We've made this again and again. I made it for my parents once when they came to visit and my mother was impressed.
This is one of those recipes that my roommates always request for me to make. Over the years, I have changed the recipe slightly. I only use half a cup of sour cream and add a whole package of cream cheese. I also add black beans to give it a little more filling.
