Rated 5 out of 5 by from this recipe still works well if you add more spinach. this recipe still works well if you add more spinach. Also marinating chicken breasts, baking, slicing, then chilling them is a great, tender addition if pre-packaged chicken is not on hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I liked the recipe as written. I liked the recipe as written. The second time I made it, I added pepperoncinis and marinated artichoke hearts. Maybe next time I will add some roasted red peppers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too Bland! This was very easy to put together and looks refreshing. I found the taste to be too bland. If I made it again I would need to add some seasonings. I would also consider replacing the Ranch Dressing with a variety that had more spice or tang to it next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only thing that I did different is I used a chicken breast that I already had. The only thing that I did different is I used a chicken breast that I already had. I just roasted it in the oven with alittle Lawrys season salt. I let it cool and cut it into bite sized pieces. I did everything else the same.
