OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast
(about 2-1/2 cups)

shell macaroni
or rotini, cooked, drained
1
small bunch fresh
spinach
, cleaned, dried and torn into bite-size pieces (about 2 cups)
1/2
cup
KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
2
tomatoes
, chopped
1
can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced
black olives
, drained

Tbsp.
KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Make It
TOSS
all ingredients until well blended; cover.
REFRIGERATE
several hours or until chilled.

Make it Easy
Omit macaroni, Ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese. Prepare any flavor KRAFT Pasta Salad as directed on package. Add chicken, spinach, tomatoes and olives; mix lightly. Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

I would make again, but add pepper or some seasoning. It was a touch bland for us, but nothing that can't be fixed.

this recipe still works well if you add more spinach. Also marinating chicken breasts, baking, slicing, then chilling them is a great, tender addition if pre-packaged chicken is not on hand.

The only thing that I did different is I used a chicken breast that I already had. I just roasted it in the oven with alittle Lawrys season salt. I let it cool and cut it into bite sized pieces. I did everything else the same.
