This is a great way to use leftover chicken! Tastes like a "first time" meal and not leftovers! Very yummy!!

what you need

3
cups stir-fry vegetables
2
Tbsp. KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
1
pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast
1/4
cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
1
Tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of garlic powder
1-1/2
cups hot cooked rice

Make It

COOK and stir vegetables in 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

ADD chicken, 1/4 cup dressing, soy sauce and garlic powder; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

SERVE over the rice.

Use frozen stir-fry vegetables or a selection of assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, such as bell pepper strips, onion wedges, carrot slices and/or broccoli florets.
