Chicken Strip Kabobs with Peanut Butter Sauce

Toss that Thai takeout menu and make these chicken strip kabobs at home instead, using on-hand items like peanut butter and soy sauce.

What You Need

cup  KRAFT Creamy CATALINA Dressing & Dip
Tbsp.  PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
Tbsp.  lite soy sauce
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut lengthwise into strips
Tbsp.  PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
 green onion, chopped

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients until blended. Pour over chicken in medium bowl; toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate 10 min.

HEAT broiler. Remove chicken from dressing mixture; discard dressing mixture. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers. Place on rack of broiler pan.

BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 4 min. on each side or until chicken is done. Top with nuts and onions.

How to Soak Wooden Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 10 min. before using. This will help to prevent them from burning when grilling the skewered food.

Turn leftovers into a delicious Asian-inspired salad. Just remove chicken from skewers, chop and add to mixed greens along with shredded carrots. Toss with KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing just before serving.
