Chicken-Stuffed Parmesan Peppers

A chopped chicken mixture with Parmesan and jalapeño-Monterey Jack cheeses is stuffed into hollowed-out bell peppers and baked until delicious.

What You Need

4
 green peppers
3
cups  cooked long-grain white rice

pkg.  (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast, chopped
1
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1/4
cup  KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4
cup  KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers
2
cloves  garlic, minced

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

CUT thin slice off top of each pepper; reserve tops. Remove and discard seeds from peppers.

COMBINE remaining ingredients; spoon into peppers. Cover with pepper tops. Place in 9-inch square baking dish. Spoon any remaining filling around peppers.

BAKE 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until peppers are tender and filling is heated through.
