  • Mix stuffing mix, hot water and cheese just until stuffing mix is moistened.
  • Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix soup and spinach; spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing mixture.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).


Prepare using 3 cups chopped fresh spinach.

    This recipe sounded much better than it tasted. It needed seasonings, and the chicken did not look appetizing after cooking. I may try this again but will first brown the chicken.

    This is absolutely delicious. I made this for dinner tonight and it was very good. I would DEFINITELY make this for dinner again

    I chopped the chicken into bite size pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper, and added half a chopped onion to the spinach mixture. I think this helped boost the flavor.
