Chicken & Stuffing Paprikash

A tasty sauce made with chicken soup and sour cream could make this 30-minute chicken and stuffing paprikash skillet your new favorite weeknight dish.

What You Need

1-1/2
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1
 onion, cut into thin slices
1
can  (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1
Tbsp.  paprika
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, prepared

Make It

COOK and stir chicken and onions in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done and onions are tender.

MIX soup, sour cream and paprika; pour over chicken mixture. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

TOP with prepared stuffing; cover. Cook 5 min. or until heated through.
