    This makes a wonderful light meal. I serve it for lunch with a bowl of soup and some crackers on the side. I find that so long as I have the greens, swiss, bacon and chicken combination, I can count on an excellent result. Have never tried the Thousand Island Dressing, but it wonderful with Catalina or Ranch.
