MIX dressing and garlic; spread onto cut sides of plantains. Fill with remaining ingredients.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Serving Suggestion
Balance these hearty sandwiches with a smart side dish, such as crisp baby carrots or a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
How to Flatten the Plantains
Drain plantains after removing from hot oil. Place plantains, cut-sides down, on cutting board. Use second cutting board or flat dish to flatten plantains to 1/4-inch thickness.
