Chicken Taco Bake

Got boneless chicken breasts? Add taco seasonings, sour cream and Cheddar cheese, and you're well on your way to this yummy Chicken Taco Bake.

What You Need

  Tbsp. oil
lb.   boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
pkg.  (16.35 oz.) TACO BELL® Soft Tortilla Taco Dinner Kit
  cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
pkg.  (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in Seasoning Mix and sour cream.

SPRAY 12x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray; cover bottom of dish with 5 Tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese; cover with chicken mixture and remaining tortillas. Drizzle with Taco Sauce.

BAKE 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Special Extra
Spoon 1 rinsed 15-oz. can black beans, or 1 cup frozen corn, over chicken layer in baking dish before covering with second layer of tortillas.
Omit oil and substitute 1 lb. lean ground beef for the chicken.
