I used boiled chicken and added taco seasoning to the reduced fat sour cream, as if making a taco dip. It was very tasty. Next time, I may add black beans as well.
There was not a whole lot of flavor to this dish.
Blech. I did not like this. My husband did, but he doesn't get a vote. Very bland. I also did not like the texture of the chicken in it. Maybe if the chicken was fresh from the store it would have been alright, but I didn't like mine which had been in the fridge a couple of days.
