  • Microwave SMART ONES, 1 at a time, as directed on package. Use small spoon to scrape sauce off rice mixture into small microwaveable bowl. Reserve sauce and rice mixture (separately) for later use.
  • Cook chicken in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add taco seasoning mix; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in water; cook 1 to 2 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Add reserved rice mixture; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Cover reserved sauce with waxed paper. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 1 min.
  • Spoon rice mixture into taco shells; drizzle with sauce. Top with lettuce and salsa.
