  • Place chicken, onions, peppers and potatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in dish.
  • Bake 45 min. or until chicken is done (165°F) and vegetables are tender.

Substitute

Substitute 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.) for the bone-in thighs. Prepare as directed, reducing baking time to 30 to 35 min.

Special Extra

Stir in 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves with the black pepper.
