Made these for a family Cinco de Mayo dinner. Our bowls were less defined, and perhaps not as rigid. We simmered chicken in taco seasoning instead. People did not know to eat them and were trying to eat them like a taco.

It is much easier to turn over a muffin pan and place the tortilla in between the muffin cups to form a "bowl". I also would cook the chicken in the salsa so that the flavor in incorporated with the chicken instead of just put on the chicken. Also add some avocado and sour cream.
