Really enjoyed this recipe. Only had thighs w/ bones, but worked out well. Sauteed a medium size onion with 2 cloves of garlic in cast iron skillet. Removed skin and browned chicken w/ onions, covered. Added some white wine when the pan got a little dry. Had Robusto Italian dressing on hand and simmered only half the lemon, sliced, with the tomatoes and chicken. Served spinach and brown rice w/ lemon zest & butter. It may not have been very Greek, except for the feta, but it sure was good! My husband loved it; will definitely make this again.
