Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was very, very good. This was very, very good. I added a few more cloves of garlic and sliced the 3 chicken breasts I had because they were frozen. I definitely would make it again--slicing the chicken breasts and perhaps adding a bit of flour to them before adding the broth & dressing...just to thicken the sauce a bit. Parmesan sprinkled over the chicken is a must. Alternatively, I would double/triple the sauce and serve it over pasta.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We really liked this recipe! We really liked this recipe!! I was afraid of so much garlic at first but it was really good!! Hubby doesn't like Caesar so I used Italian instead. Served over rice. Next time I may try it with Chili Lime dressing instead. There are so many flavor possibilities just by changing the type of dressing used that we may never get tired of it!!!
