Made some mods to this recipe. 4oz of 2% Velveeta instead of the chesse singles. 1/2 cup of Light Zesty Dressing instead of oil (1/2 cooked with chicken and the other 1/2 mixed in with the Velveeta.
Cooked all the chicken together. Cut it up into little pieces. Cooked for 4-5 minutes. Then added the Veggie mixture. Cooked for 3-4 minutes. Added the Velveeta. Bam. Yum. Our 2 year old loved it.
I didn't like this one. Hardly any flavor in my opinion.
