Chicken Wing Appetizers

Chicken wings are brushed in a sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce and dipped in a blend of cracker crumbs and sesame seeds to make these awesome appetizers.

What You Need

cup  plain low-fat yogurt
cup  A.1. Teriyaki Steak Sauce
Tbsp.  honey
 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 2-1/3 cups)
cup  sesame seed
lb.  chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed

Make It

MIX yogurt, steak sauce and honey until blended. Combine cracker crumbs and sesame seed in pie plate.

BRUSH chicken with yogurt mixture, then dip in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each piece. Place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until done, turning after 15 min.

Special Extra
Add 1/2 tsp. ground ginger to the crumb mixture before using to coat chicken.
Use Tongs When Cooking Chicken
When cooking chicken, use tongs instead of a fork when turning the chicken over. This will help to prevent the juices from running out, resulting in a moister, more flavorful cooked product.
