Making your own hummus dip is easier than you might think! Get out the chickpeas and feta cheese and let's get started.

3 cups dip or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 6 crackers each

What You Need

cans  (15 oz. each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
2/3
cup  ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese, divided
1/3
cup  drained roasted red pepper strips, divided
1
clove  garlic
3
Tbsp.  extra virgin olive oil
1
tsp.  toasted sesame oil
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Woven wheat crackers

Make It

PLACE chickpeas, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/4 cup peppers and next 4 ingredients in the bowl of a food processor; blend until smooth.

SPOON into serving bowl. Top with remaining cheese and peppers. Serve with woven wheat crackers.

Serve with thin woven wheat crackers.
