    This was very good. I did make a couple of minor adjustments. I used taco seasoned shredded cheese and 1 Tablespoon of dried cilantro instead of the fresh. Will definately make this again.

    I made this for a breakfast at church this past Sunday. It was soo good!! And really easy to make. I received lots of requests for the recipe. One of the best things about this recipe is that it can be meatless (just follow the recipe), or you can add meat if needed. I made one pie plate vegetarian, and added sausage to the bottom of the other before adding the egg mixture. I will definitely make this again!!
