What You Need

8
 eggs
1
cup  milk
1
container  (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8
 corn tortillas (6 inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
1
can  (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, undrained
1/2
cup  chopped fresh cilantro
2
 green onions, thinly sliced

Make It

WHISK eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie plates sprayed with cooking spray.

REFRIGERATE at least 8 hours or overnight.

HEAT oven to 350ºF. Bake chilaquiles, uncovered, 50 min. or until puffed and golden brown.

Variation
