Chilean-Style Sandwich

I love this recipe! So different, yet so simple. I made it recently with a side of my family's secret recipe Cucumber Salad. Yum!

What You Need

4
 bolillos, partially split
1/4
cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1
lb. beef sirloin steak (1/2 inch thick), cut into 4 pieces
1/4
tsp. black pepper
1/3
cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
2
cups cut-up fresh green beans (1-inch lengths)
1
 onion, sliced
1
large tomato, cut into 8 slices

Make It

SPREAD bottom halves of rolls with mayo; set aside. Season meat with pepper. Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 3 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

HEAT remaining dressing in same skillet on medium heat. Add beans and onions; cook and stir 4 min. or until crisp-tender.

FILL rolls with meat, bean mixture and tomatoes.

Special Extra
Assemble sandwiches as directed. Immediately top each with 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese.

A bolillo is an oval roll, about 6 inches long, with a crunchy crust and soft inside similar to that of a French bread roll or baguette.
