  • Brown meat in large saucepan on medium heat; drain. Return meat to pan. Add onions, celery and garlic; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in sugar and chili powder; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Add beans and tomatoes; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
