  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix cheese and chili powder in pie plate. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat all sides.
  • Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).


Coat chicken with cheese mixture as directed; cut into 1-inch strips. Place chicken strips on skewers, then place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done. Serve as an appetizer with your favorite salsa. Makes 16 appetizer servings.

    This was one of the easiest recipes I've ever made, and it tasted great. My husband raved about it. I used only 1 tsp of chili powder and added 1 tsp of garlic powder. I will definately make this again.
