Not your traditional Jalapeno Popper, so don't have that type of expectations. Good taste! Cheesy and crunchy all at the same time. I would they are healthier because of the freshness of the jalapeno and not so much breading. When my house guests finished them off, I knew it wasn't just me. They are good./Chunkiechipmunk
