  • Just follow our 3 simple steps:

  • Cook 1 lb. ground meat in large saucepan until done, stirring occasionally. Drain, if necessary. Add vegetables and salsa; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in tomatoes, beans, chili powder and garlic powder; stir until well blended. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheese.
  • Top evenly with additional 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheese and the sour cream.

    I made the chili using beef and it was really good. Cooked the ground beef and veggies and added the other ingredients without heating. Stored in the fridge so I could heat the next day and it was excellent!! The only thing I would change is to add an extra tsp of chili powder and 1 can (14.5 oz) of tomato sauce. I prefer my chili a bit saucier than what the recipe states.

    This recipe was great! I'm a vegetarian and I used boca ground crumbles instead of the rice suggestion. Turned out awesome. I've been looking for a great vegetarian Chili recipe, and this is it.
