Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! WOW! This was so good! Very refreshing and a great way to celebrate spring, the start of fresh fruit in the stores. I made one batch for a party that everyone loved. Then made another a few days later to bring to my friends at work. They couldn't stop raving about it! The only thing I did different was make my own poppyseed dressing.

Made this recipe with shrimp, but forgot the green onion and couldn't find fresh mint the first time. Husband was skeptical but ended up loving it. Made again for church group with green onion and mint (and shrimp again) and everyone seemed to like it. Green onion and mint made it even better. Will definitely make this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This salad was really delicious and refreshing! This salad was really delicious and refreshing! I made it as a dinner for my picky family because it had a little bit of everything for everyone and it was a hit! I will probably make this salad to serve at a future party or shower as well. ***I doubled the dressing mixture and it was the perfect amount***

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I omitted the strawberries, cantaloupe and mint leaves when making this recipe. I omitted the strawberries, cantaloupe and mint leaves when making this recipe. I added about 1/2 cup more dressing and about 1 more tablespoon of the green onions. It came out very delicious, even my picky teenagers ate it. I could make this recipe for almost every dinner. It was really good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I made this for a 4th of July party. I made this for a 4th of July party. It was expensive to make and ended up not being much of a hit. The dressing called for was not available at my grocery store and I had to use a different brand. The salad didn't hold up well by the following day because of the fruit and had to be discarded.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a great recipe. This was a great recipe. Everyone in my family said to put it in my "make again" file! I think this would also be good with some cubed cheese in it. We really enjoyed it and will make again. I especially liked the ease of using the bottled dressing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was a nice change from the usual pasta salad, and wonderful for summer. It was a nice change from the usual pasta salad, and wonderful for summer. It didn't thrill me though. It may be because I couldn't find the Kraft salad dressing, so I substituted with another brand. The family ate it, so it must not have been too bad!
