Rated 4 out of 5 by from I thinly sliced leftover pork chops and added frozen stir fry veggies. I thinly sliced leftover pork chops and added frozen stir fry veggies. I would recommend going easy on the salt since the soy sauce is pretty salty (you can add more honey if you've over-salted the dish). I also used red pepper flakes and left out ginger (I don't use it enough to justify buying some).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not overly impressed with this one. Not overly impressed with this one. The sauce was way too thin so the flavor is probably in the bottom of the pan. The pork has no real flavor at all which is usual for that kind of meat, so more spices/honey may need to be used. I probably will move on to other stir-fry recipes.

My husband and I dislike ginger and I dislike honey, so we made this without both, and it was still delicious. Very easy, too! I will definitely be adding this to my list of favorites, and as a tasty alternative to barbequing pork chops or breading them and baking them. Yum!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I didn't add ground ginger because I don't like ginger. I didn't add ground ginger because I don't like ginger. The recipe turned out to be really good still. It is so easy to make and it only takes minutes. I think I took more time cutting the pork then actually cooking the dish. I'll try to add some chopped garlic next time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a wonderful recipe with full flavor. This was a wonderful recipe with full flavor. I did some changes though. I put in the whole bag of veggies and also added 2 cloves of garlic and fresh ginger instead of ground. I loved it. I am also dieting and the calories were right on. Will make again for sure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was OK but not wonderful. This was OK but not wonderful. The sauce was too thin and really didn't add a lot of good flavor to the dish. IF I were to make this again I would add some cornstarch to thicken the sauce and more honey to give it more flavor. Life is too short for mediocre food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone LOVED this dish. Everyone LOVED this dish. I marinated the pork strip in some dressing for about a half hour before stir frying. The pork was tender and juicy. The vegetables added a nice fresh flavor to the dish producing an excellent flavor.
