Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast for the cooked fresh chicken strips. Heat oil in skillet as directed. Add chicken, snow peas and peppers; cook 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is heated through and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Continue as directed.
Add 1-1/2 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot or 3/4 tsp. ground ginger along with the broth, dressing and garlic.
Serve over hot cooked long-grain brown rice.
A great alternative to takeout, this delicious, low-calorie low-fat meal is an excellent source of vitamin C from the vegetables.

I think that this recipe is a good starting point but you definitely would want to add to it. Basically it's just chicken stir fry . You can add or omit anything you would like. I add a few drops of sesame seed oil , soy sauce, onions, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts. It wouldn't hurt to add some lemon zest and or a tablespoon of lemon juice it you want a little more hint of lemon.. I also like this on yakisoba noodles in place of the rice once in a while. Anyway, like with all recipes you'll want to experiment and find what you and your family likes the best.,
Loved it! Added 1/2 small onion cut in strips and finished off with soy sauce (just a touch). My Honey loves sauce, so next time I'll double the saucy ingredients.
