What You Need

small  baking potatoes (2 lb.)
1
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2
slices  cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
2
tsp.  chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

PRICK potatoes in several places with fork or sharp knife.

BAKE 1 hour or until tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

SPLIT potatoes. Serve topped with sour cream mixture.
