This recipe is delicious ! I like spicy Food and my kids like mild to medium heat. This is really pretty mild so it can please everyone. I made it just how it one one exception. I had a green pepper instead of a red pepper. I really don't think that makes a big difference though. The kids ate theirs with sour ***** . I put some jalapenos on mine for an extra little kick . Ta Da everyone was happy and can't wait for me to make it again. I wouldn't change a thing.
