What You Need

pt. (2 cups) strawberry ice cream, softened

1/2

cup hot fudge ice cream topping, divided

1/2

cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Chocolate Chewy CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, coarsely chopped, divided

pt. (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

SPREAD strawberry ice cream into plastic wrap-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan; top with layers of 1/4 cup fudge topping, marshmallows and 3/4 cup chopped cookies. Freeze 30 min.

COVER cookie layer with vanilla ice cream; cover with plastic wrap. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

UNMOLD dessert onto serving platter. Remove and discard plastic wrap. Frost top and sides with COOL WHIP. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies; drizzle with remaining fudge topping.

I took this in a different direction. Instead of strawberry ice cream I used fresh peach ice cream and used ginger snap cookies instead of Chips Ahoy, I also substituted caramel instead of chocolate syrup. For some reason, there was no left and I will be making this again.

My sister made this for Father's Day (she actually made 2 of them) and we loved it. She substitued chocolate ice cream for the strawberry, and it was delicious. Thanks!

I made it for Father's Day. Instead of strawberry I used chocolate ice cream.. My husband was impressed. The dessert not only looked good, it tasted great. He is already thinking of the next occasion when I could make this recipe again!
