What You Need

CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-3/4 cups crumbs)

1/4

cup (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, melted

qt. (4 cups) coffee ice cream, softened

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1/2

cup hot fudge ice cream topping

CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, coarsely crushed

Make It

MIX finely crushed cookies and the margarine until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate to form crust.

SPREAD ice cream into crust. Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.

TOP with the whipped topping just before serving; drizzle with fudge topping, then sprinkle with the coarsely crushed cookies. Store leftover pie in freezer.

I made it for a friend at work and it was a hit!! I had one friend take 3 slices. perfect cool time pie!!!

I made 2 for my nephews graduation party and they were a huge hit. They ate them both. Everyone wanted the recipe.

I made this for Easter as one of the desserts, everyone loved it. Kids were wanting me to give the recipe to their mom's so they could make it at home. Adults were raving about it. I won't have an option with this one, I will have to make this again.

This recipe seems pretty plain, but the hot fudge poured on the ice cream was simply delicious!!! I used vanilla ice cream instead of coffee. The crushed cookies sprinkled on top also made this recipe irresistible!!!!

** Big hit with the family!** I used parline and cream ice cream because I'm not a big fan of coffee ice cream. It was ready to eat in a couple of hours, but the crush wouldn't come up with piece. Next time would probably use spray. By the next day the crush was harder and much easier to cut piece but almost to hard to cut with fork. But still gone and requested to make again. So overall great receipe

I put the cookies in the blender which was a snap. Couldn't find coffee ice cream so I used mocha caramel ice creme and it was wonderful! It was a New Years eve smash hit!
