Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Wow! The mashed potatoes are awesome. I made them for my family Christmas party and they were a huge hit. I should note that my family is Irish and highly critical of mashed potatoes. I tripled the recipe, made them the day before, refrigerated overnight and heated and served from the slow cooker. Fabulous! Can't wait to make them again. Thanks, Kraft!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My daughter and I peeled at least 15 pounds of potatoes for Christmas dinner. My daughter and I peeled at least 15 pounds of potatoes for Christmas dinner. We used regular block cream cheese and some ranch dressing. We loved the addition of the ranch dressing, but the cream cheese didn't really add much. We continued to mash our two pots with cream, salt and butter. Add the ranch. It is an interesting addition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are delicious potatoes. These are delicious potatoes. I did make a few slight changes. I used Yukon Golds, mashed them with two Tbs. of butter and only 1/4 cup of warm milk. Added salt and pepper, fresh garlic, and a little dill paste. Without the seasonings they were somewhat bland. Great basic recipe with awesome results

Very easy to make, and the cream cheese gave it a great flavor! We used a reduced fat ranch dressing and it was great. I may try the reduced fat cream cheese next time as well. Yummy!

I don't care for cream cheese, but it blends so well, you can't really taste it. I made it ahead of time and baked it later. It was very good and I will be making it again soon!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very yummy! Very yummy! These had a great taste! The only thing I would change is to add salt. I would definitely recommend these potatoes for a change without deviating too much from the original butter and milk version. Yum!
