Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family has made this recipe for years at Christmas. My family has made this recipe for years at Christmas. We use 2 cups choc chips and flavored colored mini marshmallow.I make 2 logs, one with powdered sugar and one using coconut flakes. We also substitute walnuts for the peacans. Quick and easy and always a rave at gatherings or for gifts with other goodies at Christmas.
