Choco-Mallow Logs

Mini marshmallows and pecans are drenched in melted chocolate, shaped into logs, coated with powdered sugar and sliced into scrumptious treats.

What You Need

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces

1/3

cup butter or margarine

cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

1/4

cup powdered sugar

Make It

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted; cool slightly.

SPRINKLE 2 Tbsp. sugar onto large sheet waxed paper. Combine marshmallows and nuts in large bowl. Add chocolate mixture; toss to coat. Divide mixture in half; place on prepared waxed paper. Shape each half into 8-inch log; sprinkle with remaining sugar.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until chilled. Cut each log into 8 slices.

My husband and I loved this! THe only thing i did different was that I crumbled like 4 chocolate chip cookies into the mix before I shaped them into the logs. Which I know made it more fattening but it was soooo goood! Will make again!

Been making it for years using the Flavored FunMallows & calling it "Cathedral Windows". Just passed recipe on to my daughter to make for her friends.......big hit!!!

This has been a family favorite since I was a little girl, and I now make it for my own family. We use colored mini-mallows and call them "stained glass windows". One of my very favorites!

My family has made this recipe for years at Christmas. We use 2 cups choc chips and flavored colored mini marshmallow.I make 2 logs, one with powdered sugar and one using coconut flakes. We also substitute walnuts for the peacans. Quick and easy and always a rave at gatherings or for gifts with other goodies at Christmas.

I've made this recipe for many years at Christmas with my children. The love them! We also called them "Chruch Windows" for the same reason. Instead of using the bakers chocolate though we use 2 cups of chocolate chips. That way we could try different flavors and combinations.

I use colored mini marshmallows in this recipe - my children used to call them 'church windows' because they look like stained glass windows.
